About Paige

Practicing dietetics while playing professional soccer for Adelaide United in the A-league Women, Paige makes a difference on and off the field. She is originally from Sydney and moved to the USA with a full college scholarship. She competed in NCAA Division 1 at Texas Southern University for 4 years. After graduating, she played professional soccer in the USA (UWS) & Austria (Bundesliga) in addition to being a training player for Houston Dash (NWSL).

Paige knows what it takes to become a starting player in the professional game. It is no coincidence that when Paige made changes off the field (in nutrition and gym), she saw improvement in her performance on the field. She is passionate about empowering athletes, from everyday to elite, to fuel their bodies with a tailored food plan.

About Emily

Through my own experience of playing soccer at various levels throughout my career I have noticed a massive gap in the technical and physical side of the women's game.

From juniors to professional level soccer there is little to no emphasis on foot skills and learning how to take on players and equipping them with the skills and knowledge of how to keep the ball under pressure and protect it.

This is then just expected of you when you play at higher levels and if not, it is noticeable out on the field.  Soccer is a highly skillful game and therefore should be practiced and trained as that.

Through EC Advantage the aim is to accommodate for this missing piece in the game by offering skills coaching sessions to help aid your game.
